From Idea to Reality

Continuum Housing was founded by Klaus and Felix Holzapfel with a simple question: if we know how to build cleaner, healthier, and more efficient homes today, why aren’t we doing it ourselves?

Coming from digital marketing, we were trained to adapt quickly and rethink outdated processes. That mindset carried into development. We immersed ourselves in every stage of the process—from rezoning and utilities to permitting, construction, and inspections—learning how future-ready buildings actually come together in the real world.

Our first project converted former farmland into a fully electrified townhome community in North Denver. It proved that modern systems, clean energy, and thoughtful design can coexist with practical budgets and real regulatory constraints.

Continuum Housing exists to carry that lesson forward.
