Homes Designed for What’s Next

We believe the way we build needs to change—faster than most of the industry is moving. Electrification, heat pumps, solar, and healthy indoor air aren’t fringe ideas anymore; they are the direction housing is headed. Continuum Housing exists to make that future practical and buildable today, proving that lower emissions, better comfort, and long‑term value can live in the same home.

Our work is grounded in real development, not theory. Our first project took a one‑acre site in North Denver and turned it into a fully electrified townhome community. Along the way, we navigated rezoning, utilities, engineering, fire and water requirements, permits, and construction—learning how modern building systems actually perform in the real world.

What we build is guided by one simple idea: homes should be healthier, more efficient, and more resilient than what came before them. By combining clean energy, advanced ventilation, and smart design, we’re creating places that work better for the people who live in them—and for the future they’ll inherit.

Highlights

What We’re Building

Continuum Housing develops modern, fully electrified homes that combine energy efficiency, clean air, and long‑term resilience. Our first completed community in North Denver features 11 townhomes powered by solar and advanced heat‑pump technology.

Key Features
>>Fully electrified — no gas lines
>> Rooftop solar on every home
>> Multi‑zone mini‑split heating & cooling
>> CERV2 fresh‑air and filtration system
>> Heat‑pump water heaters
>> Spray‑foam insulated envelopes
>> EV‑ready garages
>> Community gardens and xeriscaping

Why It Matters

Buildings are one of the largest contributors to carbon emissions. In Denver, roughly 70% of CO₂ emissions come from heating, cooling, and powering buildings. New homes must be designed differently — healthier, cleaner, and more resilient.

We build homes that:
>> Reduce operating costs
>> Improve indoor air quality
>> Prepare owners for an all‑electric future
>> Work with the climate, not against it

Our North Denver Project

Located near 66th Ave & Lowell Blvd, across from Hidden Lake and close to the Westminster B‑Line station.

Highlights
>> Mountain views
>> Transit‑oriented development area
>> Easy access to I‑25, I‑70, and I‑76
>> Close to parks, bike paths, and future retail

Technology: Clean Air & Smart Comfort

CERV2 by Build Equinox continuously replaces stale indoor air with filtered outside air, monitors CO₂, humidity, and particles, and uses a heat pump to temper incoming air.

Mini‑Split Systems provide:
>> Multiple individual heating/cooling zones
>> Fast response times
>> High efficiency

Together, these systems create cleaner indoor air, better comfort, and lower energy use.
